The Website Process
Follow Funktastic Mead through the process…DAY 1:
Matt and I met while he was visiting a mutual friend in Berlin Maryland. I handed him my card and told him I would love to help him out.
Fast forward a few weeks. I found a meeting notification come in that Matt had set up a meeting!
STEP 1: Schedule a meeting by clicking on a “BOOK NOW” button.
Step 2: I sent Matt the pre-call form. I send this form to everyone just to be sure I am prepared to answer any questions. It will come in an email with a button that will take you to your customized form. Please fill out this form before your call time.
Step 3: On the call I will gather as much information about your goals and company as possible to come up with the very best package that fits your individual needs. I may present the option on the call or tell you I will send you a brochure.
If you get a brochure it’s because there are options and I want you to be able to see them. The brochure works like shopping online- just select the packages you would like to move forward with and answer the questions at the bottom.
Step 4: After we agree on a package I will send you a contract, invoice, and payment plan.
Step 5: We plan out your project! This could mean one or two more questionnaires for you to gather the information needed for the project like passwords, images, content, and menus.
Step 6: Getting to work. I will send updates to your email throughout the process and will send any quick answers to your questions to your texts.
Step 7: Launch! I will send you my website Launch plan!
